Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection: Assist in recruiting, selecting, and hiring new employees
- Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, conflicts, and grievances
- Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and workshops
- Performance Management: Assist in conducting performance appraisals and feedback sessions
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Benefits Administration: Assist in administering employee benefits and compensation
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, hotel policies, and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hotel industry
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, hotel operations, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software
