Job Description:
Recruitment: Sourcing candidates, though Job portals, advertisements and other sources
Source candidates & Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
Office maintenance & Document Management
Provide Office administrative support and Admin activities
Identifying and managing databases of full time employees, freelancers, management institutes and vendors
Will be responsible for vendor and infrastructure management
Will be responsible for travel desk management.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Must be competent with the Internet and all Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word

Efficient in managing all routine admin and operational work
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
