Job role - HR Executive

As an HR Executive, you will primarily focus on recruitment activities, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. Additionally, you will provide support in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.

Skills Required-

1 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

2 Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications

3 Knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and industry trends

4 Ability to negotiate and close deals with candidates

5 Time-management skills and multitasking ability

6 Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers

Qualification -

1. Education: Graduation or any degree with Human resource management

2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment.

Salary upto 3 LPA (Negotiable)

Working Days - 6

Work Timings - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
