What are we looking for in a candidate?

1-2 years of experience in HR role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

What will a candidate be doing with us?

Assist in recruitment and selection process including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and maintaining employee records.

Manage employee documentation and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Handle employee queries and concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and employment terms.

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture.

Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned, such as performance management, employee training, and HRIS implementation.

Maintain HR databases and generate reports as required for HR analytics and decision-making.

Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department.

Address employee concerns and queries, ensuring a positive and engaging work environment.

Support the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, tracking progress, and conducting evaluations.

Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.

Manage leave and attendance records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
