Key Responsibility
Requisition Management
• Understanding & analyzing the need of Business units & working on job descriptions.
• Hiring for Operations, Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance & Accounts, T &D and other business functions.
• Creating requisitions & posting job ads on job portals.
Sourcing & Screening
• Receiving applications, screening through, sorting out profiles based on pre requisites & skill sets.
• Processing the qualified candidates, preparing them for the Interview Process
Head Hunting & Interview Management
• Responsible for end to end interview management.
• Sharing feedback with candidates at each step & effective coordination for necessary documents.
Candidate Management
• End to end candidate management with an Applicant Tracking Tool.
• Effective compensation negotiations with selected candidates.
• Effective coordination with all candidates
• Follow up process: Handling compensation negotiations, setting the right expectations with candidate followed by
joining.
