Position: Executive – HR

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: up to 2 years

Salary: UP to 2.6 LPA

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinating with stake holders for their requirement
• Drafting Job descriptions based on skill sets
• Designing and implementing recruiting systems
• Posting open positions on various platforms like, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Screening and sourcing candidates based on job description
• Scheduling interviews based on availability of interviewer.
• Following up stake holders for interview feedback till position gets closed
• Responsible for entire recruitment life cycle.
• Handling all incoming inquiries related to courses and clients
• Performing other duties as assigned by the management

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Any Graduates
• Hands on experience in HR Recruitment
• Good understanding about HR domain
• Good time management skills
• Good interpersonal skill

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:
• Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
