We are looking for a HR Executive IMMEDIATE JOINER to manage our organisation ongoing recruitment requirements.

Job description
• Identify hiring needs for the organization and should source candidate from various job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn and through social media platform etc.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Solid communication skills
• Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
• Sourcing accurate candidates for the open positions such as candidates with customer service, telesales, and digital marketing experience
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department
• Experience in BPO Industry preferable
• Should handle the employee grievance & employee engagement activities
• Should carry out the exit formalities.
Requirements:
• Should have excellent communication skills. (English & Hindi)
• Should have minimum 2 years' experience in candidate sourcing via various job portals.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, internet search and database management
• Should reside near Gurgaon, Haryana
Qualification:

Undergraduate and Graduate

Hours: 6 Days work in a week and Sunday fixed off
10.30am – 19.30pm (9 hours)

Salary:

2.4 – 3.0 LPA
