would be responsible for preparing checklist.

Responsible for drafting appointment letters onsite.

Draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

Screen incoming resumes and application forms

Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

Responsible for proper coordination with tender department regarding appropriate CVs to be given for bidding.

Cold calling to candidates.

would be responsible if assigned to any ongoing project for its replacement with proper clauses mentioned in RFP.

would be performing in team as well as individually as and when required.
