Job Specification
Review the job description; understand the clients' requirements, and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
Source candidates using multiple channels like job posting in job portals (Naukri, Indeed), internal database, social media, etc.
Assess applicants relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies
Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Build strong candidate relationships & credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals.
Negotiating wage rates and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements
Submitting candidate's resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration.
Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.
Engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice & video calls.
Closely working with our sales team to close the requirement asap.

Job Specification
Responsible to handle end-to-end HR Ops activity and coordinate with the team on:-
·Post-joining formalities like arranging ID & Access card, System allocation and Induction program
·Vendor Management: Have to take care of Sourcing & On-boarding vendors, Agreement renewal, Follow up on invoices and address payment queries
·Highly knowledgeable in statutory compliance on E2E PF, ESI and S&E
·Handle Leave and attendance management, supporting the team on attendance closure
·Exit Management Have to follow to complete all exit formality and maintain proper documentation
·Asset Management Have to take care of all physical assets, tracking and maintaining asset register, asset movement and recovery
