Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full employee life cycle from recruitment to off boarding across multiple sites
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices tailored to the construction industry
Coordinate with site managers to understand workforce needs and address HR-related issues
Manage the company's talent acquisition strategy, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
Monitor employee performance and provide support professional development
Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations applicable to the construction industry
Serve as a strategic business partner to the leadership team on people-related initiatives
Maintain employee records and handle all HR-related documentation and reporting
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws in Orissa
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in using HRIS and productivity software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
