Job Responsibilities-
Plan and execute college outreach programs for internships and campus placements.
Build and maintain relationships with training and placement officers and college administration.
Represent the company at campus drives, job fairs, seminars and recruitment events.
Coordinate pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews.
Develop and maintain a calendar of campus recruitment activities.
Promote the employer brand among students and educational institutions.
Collaborate with internal hiring teams to understand manpower needs and align campus hiring efforts accordingly.
Maintain and update a database of colleges , students, and placement statistics.
Analyze and report on campus hiring metrics, including offer- to- join ratios and campus performance.
Manage and support day to day HR operations, including recruitment, employee records, letters and attendance.

Pay: ₹13,144.00 - ₹15,667.00 per month
