Job Description:
• Responsible for full life cycle of recruitment and selection of new employees by Screening, Shortlisting, Scheduling & Coordinating Interviews till closure of requisitions.
• Must have 6 Month experience in technical (IT Infrastructure profiles majorly) hiring.
• Experienced in handling Recruitment Drives/Walk-ins.
• Responsible for planning & skill mapping of the events.
• Meeting Demand & Supply of resources.
• Shelling out resumes against different requirements, checking them against different specifications such as skill set, salary range and relocation for effective recruitment.
• Handled Multiple Walk-in Interviews for urgent recruitment/ hiring.
• Manage and develop the database for optimum utilization. Use all methodologies of sourcing like Headhunting, Networking, Employee Referrals and Internet Sourcing for low cost recruitment and hiring.
• Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for up and coming requirements.
Desired Skills:
• Must have experience 6 Month in hiring niche profiles of IT Infrastructure domain(Should have experience to hire on profiles like DSS, Sr. DSS, system engineer, technical support, System Admin, Network engineer, IT Helpdesk, Service delivery executive, project coordinator).
• Should have worked on Lead and Managerial positions.
• Must be a good team worker with an enthusiastic approach.
• Should be presentable and have excellent communication skills.
• Must have experience to source and screen from different sources.
• Must have excellent knowledge on MS Office.
• Experience to work on ERP system would be an added advantage
