Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive to manage employee onboarding, payroll processing, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations and be familiar with labor laws and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Onboarding
Manage end-to-end onboarding process
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and documentation
Conduct induction and orientation programs
Maintain employee records and HRIS data
2. Payroll Management
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Handle attendance, leave, and salary calculations
Manage reimbursements, deductions, and final settlements
Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement
3. Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other labor laws
Handle statutory filings and returns within deadlines
Maintain compliance records and documentation
Liaise with government authorities when required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR operations
Knowledge of payroll software and HRMS tools
Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling audits and compliance checks
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage confidential information
