Job Description
Recruiter responsibilities and duties:
1. 2+ years’ recruiting experience
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Effective negotiating skills
4. Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
5. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
6. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
7. Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
8. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
+. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
10. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/colleges etc
11. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
12. Screen candidates resumes and job applications
13. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
14. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
15. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
16. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
17. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
18. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
