Role Description

This is a full-time role for an HR Executive cum Digital Marketing professional, located on-site in Rajkot. The HR Executive cum Digital Marketing professional will be responsible for various HR management tasks, including overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, and developing and implementing HR policies. Additionally, the role will encompass digital marketing responsibilities, including developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence, data analyses and reaserch of data work.

Qualifications

• HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations skills

• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies

• Proficiency in digital marketing and related strategies

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Experience in the petrochemical industry is a plus

• Bachelor's degree with data reaserch and analyses for marketing staff
