Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum qualification -Graduation(MBA preferred)
Good knowledge about HR operations profile
Excellent business English proficiency - both oral and written
Passionate; highly motivated and zeal to go over call of duty preferred
Have good understanding & working knowledge of MS Office application
Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
Knowledge of Statutory Compliances ,Employee Database Management, Issuance of Various Letters, Leaves & Attendance Management, Payroll, EPF-ESIC & Legal Compliance, Performance Review & Management, Trainings & Development activities, Employee Engagement Activities.
