Role and Responsibilities:

Hiring / On boarding:

Understanding the requirement from hiring managers.

Sourcing and scheduling the suitable candidates.

Maintain record (soft copies) of all HR documents of all employees.

Perform background check & enter new hire information in HRMS.

Coordinate with IT Team to arrange official email ID, Laptop/ desktop, ID card, Access card.

Essential Qualification and Skills:

MBA in HR

Excellent English communication is a must.

Candidate should have the dedication and zeal to learn new things, adapt and a go-getter attitude.

Flexible to work in complete day shifts and on weekends/ holidays if required.

Possess skills of usage of MS office.
