Job Description
The job profile involves following roles and responsibilities:
1) Candidate will be reporting to Manager - Talent Acquisition
2) Candidate will be working on Manpower requirements of our in-house Team.
2) Sourcing of required resources using Job Portals, Walk-ins, Advertisements, Employee Referrals.
3) Conduct interviews, evaluate job candidates till selection with regular follow-up till their joining.
4) Maintaining database, Application Tracking & various interview records.
5) Ability to build applicant sources/ strong network to hire candidates in larger numbers.
Qualification & Experience.
1) Any Graduate specialization into Human Resource would be added advantage.
2) Candidate must have good communication and English speaking skills.
3) Candidate must be fluent in computer skills.
