Position: HR Executive (Fresher)
Location: 271 Business Park, Ground Floor, Part B, Model Industrial Estate, Off Aarey Road, Goregaon East, Mumbai 400063, MH

What You’ll Be Doing
Talent Acquisition (a.k.a. Hiring Heroes!)
Hunt for amazing talent across job portals, social media, and internal databases
Screen resumes and spot potential stars
Coordinate interviews and ensure candidates have a smooth, friendly experience
Employee Documentation & Compliance
Keep employee records neat, updated, and organized (yes, we love a good spreadsheet!)
Help ensure everything is aligned with company policies and labor guidelines
Support onboarding by preparing documents and making new joiners feel welcome
HR Operations & Administration
Draft cool (but professional!) HR letters like offer letters, appointment letters, and more
Maintain HR trackers and reports
Support everyday HR activities and suggest improvements
Be part of fun employee engagement activities
