• Awareness of Indian Factory Act and associated clauses

• All relevant forms

• Deal with Factory inspection

• Statutory and regulatory acts and law

• Performance appraisal procedures

• Attendance and Salary

• EPF ESI etc

• Grievance Handling

• Conversant with MS office both Hindi and English

• Recruitment procedure and contact of manpower consultant
