Key Responsibilities
Work with managers to identify staffing needs and requirements.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a Dream team.
Coordinate and participate in the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Establish and implement orientation and training programmes to help with recruitment efforts and to get employees equipped for their duties.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
Exit Formalities:
Ensure all exit formalities are done as per the provisions of the system.
Collect no-dues clearance form on the last working day.
Employee Relations:
Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
Performance Management:
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Generate HR reports and metrics as needed.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Benefits Administration:
Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits.

Skills & Abilities
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Able to close the positions on time.
Excellent communication - oral and written.
Proactive, Team Player, Smart and Diligent.
