Job Title: HR Executive/ Recruiter / HR Trainee
Location: Kalyani Nagar (Pune)

Job Summary:

The HR Executive/ Recruiter / HR Trainee at BACS HITECH ENGINEERING will focus on driving key HR functions, including recruitment, training and development, induction and orientation, employee relations, employee engagement, and addressing grievances of site employees. This role involves managing a broad spectrum of HR activities to enhance organizational efficiency, employee satisfaction, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection:

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.

· Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and hiring criteria.

· Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks).

· Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

· Coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds and final interviews.

· Prepare offer letters and negotiate compensation packages.

Talent Pipeline Development:
· Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

· Leverage networking opportunities, campus recruitment, and job fairs to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

· Implement strategies to reduce time-to-fill and ensure high-quality hires.

On boarding:
· Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a seamless on boarding process for new hires.

· Prepare and deliver orientation programs to help new employees integrate into the company effectively.

Exit Interviews/Exit Formalities

· Conduct exit interviews for departing employees to gather feedback for process improvement.

· Manage exit formalities, ensuring a smooth transition for employees leaving the company.

· Ensure that the proper documentation is completed, and necessary clearances are obtained.

. Employee Training & Development

· Assess the training needs of employees in collaboration with department managers.

· Design and implement training programs to address skill gaps and enhance professional development.

· Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.

· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback for improvement.

· Develop career development plans to nurture talent within the organization.

Employee Welfare /Employee Relations /Employee Engagement:

· Promote a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and grievances.

· Organize and implement employee engagement activities to foster teamwork and morale.

· Facilitate open communication between employees and management to enhance employee relations.

· Ensure employee welfare programs are implemented effectively to boost satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

· MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.

· Experience: 0-5 years in HR, with a focus on recruitment and HR generalist roles.

· Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and strategies.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

· Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

· Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
