Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive (Junior) to join our Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and helping with the onboarding of new employees.
Employee Relations:
Support the HR team in addressing employee queries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records, manage attendance, handle leave applications, and ensure HR systems are up-to-date and accurate.
Payroll Assistance:
Assist in processing payroll by gathering employee data, verifying attendance records, and coordinating with the finance department.
Compliance:
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and are in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
Performance Management:
Assist in the performance appraisal process by coordinating with managers, collecting feedback, and documenting results.
Training & Development:
Support the organization and execution of training programs and workshops for employee development.
HR Reporting:
Prepare and analyze HR reports on key metrics, such as employee turnover, recruitment effectiveness, and employee engagement.
Employee Engagement:
Help organize company events, team-building activities, and other initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing HR operations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
