Job Description
The HR Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources functions of Gwala Infrastructure. This includes recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring a smooth onboarding and offboarding process. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for people management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Assist in managing the recruitment process, from job postings to screening and interviewing candidates.
• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Employee Relations:
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Support employee engagement activities and foster a positive work culture.
• Performance Management:
• Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and providing guidance on performance-related matters.
• Help with goal setting and monitoring of employee performance.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration:
• Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely distribution of salaries and benefits.
• Support employee benefits programs and maintain accurate employee records.
• Compliance & Reporting:
• Ensure that HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and company guidelines.
• Maintain HR databases and generate regular reports on HR metrics, attendance, and employee performance.
• Training & Development:
• Coordinate employee training programs and professional development activities.
• Assist in identifying skill gaps and training needs within the organization.
Key Requirements:
• Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
• Experience in construction or real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of HR software and tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
• Personal Attributes:
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
