Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee and manage the hiring process to attract top talent and build a strong workforce.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing grievances and promoting effective communication.
Training and Development: Organize and implement programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
HR Policy Development: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies to all employees.
Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives that promote employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
Health and Safety: Maintain and ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity in the workplace and manage related programs to encourage an inclusive culture.
Succession Planning: Identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
Payroll Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely payroll as per company policies.
Salary Slip Preparation: Generate and distribute salary slips to employees.
Preparation of Employee Letters: Prepare letters such as experience certificates, promotion letters, etc., as per employee requests.
Audit Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with audit requirements and company policies.
Induction and Onboarding: Manage the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
Site Visit: Conduct periodic site visits to ensure HR policies are implemented and address any employee concerns.
Tracker Preparation: Maintain and prepare various HR trackers as required by the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong understanding of payroll management, employee relations, and HR policies.
Experience in conducting training, onboarding, and induction programs.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
