Job description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Preferred Candidates from Law Firm or reputed organization.
Handling the complete Intern Employee of On-Roll & Contractual Staff.
Should be Proactive, and Should have knowledge of email drafting.
Preparing HR letters, documents, certificates as per requirement.
Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
HRIS Data base management To maintain up-to-date information on transfers, compensation, terminations,
Handling queries of employees (New Hires, Existing & Exit Employees).
Statutory Compliance i.e. PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus etc.
Leave and Attendance Management (Intern Employee) i.e. Preparing Monthly Attendance File of Sales & Support Functions for payroll inputs.
Providing the FNF Inputs to payroll i.e. Exit Cases, Relieving etc.
Exit Process Management i.e. End to End off boarding process.
Excellent Communication towards Employee.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Should have Excellent Communication Skill.
Proven work experience as an HR Operations role.
Good, Well versed with Excel Functions & PPT Skills.
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
