Roles Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping team to find, hire quality candidates co-ordination with consultant for the hiring process.
• Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media
• Ensuring the complete closer of profile from sourcing to final selection.
• Prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
• Handle all administrative tasks.
• Assist in employee absence and health issues, grievances, and all other employee-relations matters.
• Assist payroll for attendance leave inputs escalate them to the appropriate authority.
• Knowledge about the different types of letters to be issued to employee.
• Knowledge about statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and dealing with local authorities.
• Assist in exit formalities by guiding the employee through the process.
