HR Executive
As the Head of HR at Radix, your role is pivotal in driving our people strategy. You will steer the entire people function, including Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering, Learning & Development, Talent Management, HR Operations, HR Tech and Total Rewards. You'll be a beacon for our organizational culture, fostering a nurturing environment of learning and growth, all while driving a high-performing workforce that aligns with our business strategy
What is the job like ?
• Talent Acquisition
• Drive the full spectrum of recruitment and selection activities by partnering with leaders within the organization and tracking the ongoing hiring needs of their business.
• Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team.
• Defining and driving hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate experience ****
• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Human Resource strategy, directly aligned with Radix's business strategy, focused on cultivating an engaged, high-performing, learning-centric workforce.
• Provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategies and execution. Serve as a strategic business advisor to executive/senior management on key organizational and talent management issues.
- Culture & Engagement:
• Act as a culture evangelist for Radix, designing and implementing strategies to create a culture of learning, growth, and high performance. Innovate to create state-of-the-art employee experiences, ensuring Radix's attractiveness to top-tier talent.
• Develop and implement a robust employer branding strategy, leveraging social media and content strategies to highlight the unique aspects of working at Radix.
• Learning & Talent Management:
• Foster a learning organization by collaborating with the Learning & Development team to design impactful learning programs.
• Lead talent transformation initiatives, building a strong managerial pool and nurturing key/critical talent.
• Performance & Rewards:
• Develop and implement comprehensive compensation, benefits, and wellness plans.
• Drive organization-wide performance reviews, leading key interventions such as the Performance Management, Compensation Review and Appraisals process.
• Business Partnership
• Be a coach to function/division heads, focusing on building the right culture and driving behaviors towards effective team management.
• Support organizational design initiatives and ensure alignment with the company's culture map.
Who should apply for this role
• You have 12 – 15 years of HR business partnering, COE or generalist experience, preferably supporting leaders in stable tech organizations. A postgraduate degree in HRM from a premier Business School is desirable
• Your executive presence and influencing skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively resolve issues and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• You possess strong HR technology skills, with past experience in driving innovation in HR practices.
• You are data-driven, with prior experience in HR analytics to support decision-making.
• You have a hands-on approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• You are an exceptional communicator, capable of articulating your thoughts in a simple and understandable manner to drive key decisions and actions.
• You have a proven record of coaching and mentoring at the leadership level.
• Your business acumen, problem-solving ability, and analytical thinking are highly developed, along with a strong design sensibility for programs and practices to optimize cost and enhance the employee experience.
