Responsibilities:
Recruitment :-
⦁ Manage End-to-End recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
⦁ Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
⦁ Develop and maintain an updated candidate pipeline.
⦁ Conduct reference checks and background verifications as required.
Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
⦁ Define clear KRAs and KPIs for employees across different departments.
⦁ Monitor and evaluate employee performance against established metrics.
⦁ Provide feedback and guidance to help employees meet and exceed their goals.
Process Definition:
⦁ Work closely with management to define and streamline HR processes.
⦁ Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various HR functions.
⦁ Ensure adherence to established processes and suggest improvements as needed.
Meeting Structuring:
⦁ Organize and structure meetings to enhance organizational efficiency.
⦁ Prepare agendas, distribute materials, and facilitate discussions during meetings.
⦁ Ensure that meetings are productive and action items are tracked to completion.
