Job Description

 Monitoring attendance of employees and workers

 Recruitment & Joining formalities

 Payroll processing & Salary administration

 Statutory compliance knowledge (PF / ESIC/ MLWB/ NAPS)

 Knowledge of Factories Act compliances required

 Knowledge of Contractor labor compliance & annual returns as required.

 Monthly contractors bill checking

 Employees grievance handling

 Employee engagement activities.

 Knowledge of PMS

 Training and Development activities Desired Candidate Profile

 Should have good communication & Presentation skills.

 Should be a quick learner & Initiator.

 Able to organize and prioritize work and to meet deadlines.

 Should know MS Office and email writing

 Year of Experience – 2 to 7 Years

 Salary Range - Depends on Interview

 Joining –Immediate / 15 days  Education- Graduate / Post Graduate – Should have relevant experience in manufacturing industry
