Job description

Sourcing & Screening of candidates.Telephonic screening of the shortlisted resumes.Coordinating & aligning the candidates for Interview Rounds.Preparing Job Descriptions & Job Specifications.Inter-department Coordination for Offer Letter & Documentation of New Joiners.Maintaining the daily tracker for status of each candidate.Work on various Job Portals to source suitable candidates.Followups and coordination with the candidates.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Preferably 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations (Recruitment).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
