Role - HR Generalist/Administrator
Full time Remote Job (Based in India)
Responsibilities
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts
Be involved in the whole security process for onboarding
Update internal databases with new hire information
Publish and remove job advertisement
Manage company social media
Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
Coordinate with the current pool of candidates, negotiate rate etc
Responsible for the end to end onboarding process.
Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
Develop training and onboarding material
Respond to email queries, central company inbox and any day to day queries, ad hoc duties
Assist on system integration processes
Requirements and skills
up to 2-4 years Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
Basic knowledge of legislation
Experience using spreadsheets
Organisational skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Masters/Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
