Job Description :

· Responsible for employee payroll

· Experience in Statutory, PF & ESIC Compliance.

· Responsible for statutory compliance (PF & ESIC) – Filing monthly contributions & generating challans

· Manage employees’ grievances

· Responsible for recording employees’ attendance

· Responsible for recruitment as and on boarding

· Responsible for employee engagement

· Ensure smooth employee documentation process in the organization

· Knowledge on Labour law, registers

· PT registrations for new canters, renewals (all states)

· update to date on new amendments
