Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checksMaintain employee records and files, including employee contracts, performance evaluations, and attendance recordsCoordinate employee onboarding and orientation processesAssist with employee benefits administration, including enrollments and claimsAssist with employee training and development programsPerform data entry and maintain HR databases and systemsAssist with employee engagement initiatives and eventsPerform other HR-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systemsDetail-oriented and organizedAbility to work independently and as part of a teamInterest in the IT industry
