Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

• Performance management and appraisal coordination

• Grievance handling and employee relations

• Driving employee engagement and HR compliance

• Requirements:

✅ 2+ years of HR Generalist experience

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Strong hands-on exposure in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management

Work Schedule:

🕙 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

📅 Weekday Off: Monday
