Maintain employee records and perform accurate data entry using HR software such as ADP and Paylocity.
Support performance management initiatives, including conducting performance reviews and providing guidance to managers.
Assist in talent management strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Facilitate training sessions for employees on HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related topics.
Skills
Strong knowledge of employment labor law and human resources best practices.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
Experience with HR software systems such as ADP, Paylocity, or Oracle is preferred.
Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates effectively.
Familiarity with performance management processes and talent management strategies.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
