Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations
Manage the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, confirmations, and exit formalities.
Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Support payroll coordination, attendance management, and leave tracking.
2. Administrative Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management.
Coordinate with vendors, office supplies, travel arrangements, and office maintenance.
Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and workplace discipline.
Manage company assets, documentation, and administrative records.
3. Marketing Team Coordination
Act as a coordination point between HR, admin, and the marketing team.
Support hiring requirements for the marketing team.
Assist in organizing marketing events, campaigns, or internal promotional activities.
Coordinate logistics, resources, and scheduling for marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR & Admin role.
Experience supporting cross-functional teams (especially marketing/sales teams) is a plus.
Pay: ₹12,590.25 - ₹41,118.08 per month
