Healofy, a digital health company in Bangalore, is hiring an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR activities. Join our team to help improve healthcare for women and children worldwide!
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in consultation with the leadership team
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
• Develop and maintain a strong employer brand and manage employee engagement initiatives
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and other incentives
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
• Oversee HR operations, including maintaining employee records, managing HRIS, and handling employee grievances and disputes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 5-6 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems

Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
