Position Overview
We are looking for a HE – Auditing & Operationsto oversee all functions of our Human Resources department
and provide support to our employees across departments. The HR professional will serve as the leader of
the company’s human resources team. He/she will be required to develop policies and direct and coordinate
human resources activities. This position grows into Manager (MGR) level as individual demonstrate calibre
and adds value to business and associated stakeholders. Ultimately, you will ensure our HR initiatives are
cost-effective, run smoothly and contribute to a healthy work environment.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Ensure Compliance & Labour Laws
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and manage the statutory compliance i.e., PF/ ESIC of
the interns and employees if any.
• Negotiate and play the neutral party balancing the needs of all parties involved in regards to
compliance. Stay abreast with changes in laws, employee needs and compensation.
• Manage Employee Benefits & Compensation Plans
• Plan and administer employee benefits include health insurance, retirement accounts, health
care flexible spending accounts, vacation time, sick leave, family leave and any other benefits an
employer offers.
• Research and develop on compensation packages, performance bonuses and raises.
• Manage Payroll of the employees including generating the salary slips/salary certificates.
• Plan, Monitor and Analyze MIS
• Supervise the day-to-day activities of our HR information systems.
• Record and process employee information including annual leave, salaries and documentation.
• Maintain data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data.
• Design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation.
• Ensure all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws.
Education and Experience: Selection based on expertise and depth of domain. However prior experience of
HR generalist activities is relevant.
