Core Responsibilities
Creates, distributes and continuously improves standard and ad-hoc reports based on functional needs, including daily, monthly and quarterly reports.
Design, develop and maintain data visualizations, interactive dashboards (Tableau Dashboards), and other displays (SharePoint lists), from initial scoping and requirement gathering to deployment, to help stakeholders measure performance and make informed decisions.
Extract, combine, and analyze data from multiple, existing data warehouses/data marts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct metrics and reporting solution alignment as needed; maintain reporting inventory, author functional requirements, technical design and testing documents.
Dive into and deeply understand new data sources and their underlying data libraries to transform, integrate, and make them accessible for self-directed analysis by stakeholders to answer business questions.
This position will look for opportunities to automate existing manual processes for data collection and report generation.
Develop and provide end-user training and documentation on reporting systems and solutions as needed for team members.
Other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

Independent judgment, resourcefulness, and agility are key to success in the role. Specifically, candidates are expected to have:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a business intelligence, data analytics or human resources analytics role.
Experience building ETL processes in data pipelines.
Experience building and deploying data transform code using Alteryx.
Experience using business intelligence reporting tools (Tableau) to surface new data and create measures on dashboards.
Experience delivering end-to-end on a project.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to detail.
Ability to create meaningful presentations and reports utilizing a variety of raw data.
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite and database applications, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills.
Able to pick up new software quickly and self-train utilizing all available training and internet resources.
Interpersonal skills: be proactive, self-driven with strong collaboration skills, requiring minimal supervision; promotes a diverse and inclusive work environment; be open and welcoming to change; be a creative and strategic thinker, have an ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks, prioritize and meet tight deadline.

Skilled at Microsoft Visio
Knowledge of SQL
Experience with project methodologies, like Lean or Six Sigma
Certified Project Management Professional PMP
