We are a renowned player in the garnaments industry, specializing in domestic brands. We are seeking an experienced and reliable HR Head to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance management, HR policy implementation, and employee engagement. Responsibilities:
Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management processes for all employees. Ensure the timely completion of performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to managers.
HR Policy Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Salary and Compensation: Lead salary budgeting initiatives and revise salary structures based on industry standards and market trends. Implement salary grading to ensure equitable compensation.
Orientation and Onboarding: Coordinate orientation and onboarding programs for new hires. Conduct exit interviews to identify areas of improvement and employee satisfaction.
Employee Engagement: Develop and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment and boost employee morale.
HR Analytics: Utilize HR analytics tools to gather and analyse HR-related data. Generate reports and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, specifically for the manufacturing industry. Develop effective strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Policy and Administration: Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook. Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Training and Development: Identify training needs based on performance evaluations and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Team Management: Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and support. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Minimum 8-15 years of experience in HR, preferably in the garnaments industry.
· Postgraduate degree, MBA in HR is mandatory.
· Strong knowledge of performance management, HR policy implementation, and SOP/KRA development.
· Proficiency in MS Office, biometric tracking systems, CRM, and ERP software.
· Familiarity with SHRM certification is optional but advantageous.
· Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
· Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations.
· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
· Strong leadership skills and decision-making abilities.
· Demonstrated conflict resolution and critical thinking skills.

Working Conditions:

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
