Confidential Opening – Head of HR (Corporate HR)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Manufacturing background must

Budget: Up to ₹50 LPA

Interview Schedule: Next week – Wednesday or Friday (Face-to-Face)

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational development and corporate-level HR strategy, with demonstrated expertise in change management, performance management systems (PMS), and people management.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 15+ years in HR, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing setup

Education: Relevant degree in HR / Organizational Behavior / Psychology / Business Management

Preferred Background:

Candidates from highly reputed manufacturing companies (e.g., TATA preferred)

Strong experience in Organizational Development, PMS, Change Management, and Leadership Development

Gender Preference: Male candidate only (as per client mandate)

Relocation: Open to relocation but Mumbai-based candidates highly preferred

Stability: Looking for candidates with a stable career history

Interviews will be conducted in person (Face-to-Face) on Wednesday or Friday next week.
