Roles and Responsibilities-
Candidates having experience in handling End to End Recruitment Life Cycle and responsible for recruitment, screening and counseling of Nurses and Doctors candidates.
Identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals through various sourcing methods, including online job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all Nurses and Doctors candidates.
Candidates must have skills to Discuss, negotiate & finalize on the compensation & offer, salary negotiations, hand holding the candidate till they join, close Follow-Up.
Handling grievances of the candidates and Build understanding on Nurses/ Doctors qualification.
Requirements:
Must Bachelor’s or equivalent education.
0 - 3 Year of experience in End to End recruitment
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
Creative thinking and motivation.
