Job Title: Head of Human Resources (HOD – HR)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead the HR department and drive all people-related initiatives across the organization. The HOD – HR will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compliance, learning & development, and HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization’s overall goals.

• Act as a strategic advisor to management on HR, organizational culture, and employee matters.

• Plan workforce needs and oversee talent management initiatives.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Supervise and improve the recruitment process to attract top talent.

• Create and implement effective onboarding programs.

• Partner with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.

Performance Management:

• Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.

• Support continuous feedback, coaching, and performance improvement.

• Align individual goals with organizational objectives.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

• Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Design employee engagement activities and wellness programs.

Compliance & HR Operations:

• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory standards.

• Oversee HR audits, records, and documentation.

• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave policies.

Training & Development:

• Identify training needs across departments.

• Design and roll out L&D programs to enhance employee skills and growth.

• Promote leadership development and succession planning.

HR Data & Reporting:

• Maintain HR dashboards and reports for leadership.

• Use HR analytics to make data-driven decisions.

• Monitor key HR metrics like attrition, engagement, and productivity.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Benefits:
