• End to End Recruitment.
• Handle all HR activities for around 30-40 Employees.
• Handle roles like Manpower Planning, Employee Onboarding / Induction, Statutory Compliances like - PF, ESIC, Shop and Establishment, Min Wages, Employee Exits, etc.
• Manage & Prepare Dashboards, HRMS, etc.
• Responsible for compilation of monthly payroll data i.e., New Joinees, Exits, Leave and LOP, etc.
• Responsible for handling and resolving employee queries within TAT.
