Job description
Octaloop is a Web3-native marketing and events company helping blockchain brands grow across India and beyond. We’re behind India Blockchain Tour (IBT) and Metamorphosis — some of the largest crypto gatherings in the region.
We’re looking for an HR Manager who understands the fast-paced world of startups and the culture of crypto. From recruiting top talent to building a culture of ownership and transparency, you’ll play a key role in shaping our team and scaling our vision.
Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end hiring process across roles (BD, design, marketing, ops)
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for full-time, part-time, and freelance roles
• Design and execute onboarding, performance reviews, and team policies
• Manage HR documentation, contracts, payroll coordination, and compliance
• Foster a healthy, high-performance culture aligned with Web3 values
• Coordinate remote team engagement and handle conflict resolution when needed
Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in HR (startup or tech environment preferred)
• Deep understanding of hiring for creative and digital roles
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter attitude with high emotional intelligence
• Bonus: Familiarity with Web3, DAOs, or crypto-native teams
