Job Description:

As an HR Information Specialist at Odiseus Software, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for various human resources and administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about supporting our employees and contributing to the growth and development of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Recruitment and Onboarding:**

- Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.

- Coordinate the onboarding process, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and training.

2. **Employee Relations:**

Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and issues.

- Help in resolving workplace conflicts and promoting a positive work culture.

3. **Administrative Tasks:**

- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

- Manage HR-related documentation, such as contracts, policies, and procedures.

4. **Research and Development:**

- Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and industry standards to propose improvements and initiatives for our company.

5. **Compliance and Legal:**

- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.

- Assist in the preparation and submission of required reports and documentation.

6. **Training and Development:**

- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and support in organizing training programs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar HR role.

- Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
