Commitment: Full- time

Location: Mumbai

Type: Hybrid

Duration: 3 - 6 months

Stipend: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

We are currently working with a diverse set of clients in India and overseas, on sustainability integration, responsible investment and climate action.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, paid internship opportunity ideal for recent graduates or final-year students who are passionate about Human Resources and looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews

Support HR operations such as documentation, onboarding, and maintaining employee records

Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications

Assist in tracking HR metrics and preparing reports

Work closely with the HR team on day-to-day administrative tasks

Experience & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Commerce, Arts or any related fields.

Graduates or candidates currently in the final year of graduation (must be available full-time).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Desirable profile includes:

Freshers or candidates with some prior internship experience in HR or related fields

Must be based in Mumbai.

Available to join immediately or within short notice

Based on intern’s performance and mutual interest, interns will be evaluated for a job

opportunity at the end of the internship.
