We’re a fast-growing EdTech organization looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern (Recruitment) to join our team in Rabale, Navi Mumbai. If you’re passionate about connecting people with opportunities and want hands-on exposure to the recruitment process, we’d love to hear from you.
Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai
Type: Full-time Internship (On-site)
Duration: Minimum 2 Months
Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on performance)
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates via job portals and social media platforms
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Support the HR team with onboarding and documentation processes
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for HR, recruitment, and people management
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
Graduate or pursuing graduation (preferably in HR or Management)
