Candidate Experience: Manage candidate expectations and offer guidance.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Reporting: Track KPIs and provide recruitment updates to clients.
Requirements:
6 months to 5 years of experience in recruitment, specializing in IT/Non-IT mid to senior-level roles.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS - Excel.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
